1. Cancellations

You may request cancellation of a service or subscription by contacting us at:

2. Refund Conditions

Refunds are processed under the following guidelines:

a. Digital Services

Completed digital services (software development, maintenance, consulting, integrations, automation setups, etc.) are non-refundable.

b. Subscription Services
  • Refunds may be granted only if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase or renewal.

  • After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable.

c. Technical/Payment Errors

Refunds will be issued for:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Failed transactions

  • Incorrect charges

d. Donations (if applicable)

Donations are non-refundable, except in cases of:

  • Technical errors

  • Duplicate transactions


3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
